This program is meant to give a little clarity from the mystical point of view as to the nature and importance of parallel probable realities and parallel selves. This discussion was given to a group of about sixty people who attended the Life Spectrums Winter Infusion gathering this last February. The holiday Inn was quaint and cozy - good thing, it was very cold.

Alternate Nostril Breathing Pattern

The study of Pranayama includes the use of certain alternate nostril breathing patterns, each designed to bring about very specific affects to physical awareness and consciousness. All serious students of mysticism will at some point use the particular technique offered here to expand the chi around the base of the brain as they open awareness in their third-eye center.
