The Value of Prophecy
There are two types of events found within the Akashic Records: those shaped by our response to life (changeable) and those events set into the template of a life's overall purpose prior to an incarnation period which are unchangeable (immutable). These type of events are set into the fabric of our life by us as a way of awakening to a greater sense of our purpose and place within creation. Most of us are okay with the idea of events that are of our own immediate making through our responses to the forces within our environment and each other, just as most of us are wholly uncomfortable with the idea that we may be at the greater influences of individually or collectively placed unchangeable events. Everyone one of us likes to feel we ultimately have the final say in the details of our lives. And we do in the sense that we are our response, not our circumstances. How we respond to the immutable events ultimately determines our circumstances. Collective immutable events are agreed upon by all Souls who actively or inactively, consciously or unconsciously, happily or unhappily participate in the pre-agreed event. An example of this would be America's invasion of Iraq. The Souls of Iraq are tied to the Souls of America through the choices and decisions we all have agreed to. How we respond to these agreements determines our role in the circumstances that will play out through the humanity of both cultures.
Our prophecy pages emphasize collective immutable (unchangeable) events but will also give predictions of changeable events (probabilities) that through prayer and willful intention can be changed. Our response to individual and collective immutable events sets the circumstances for a certain period after the event. The length of that period is determined by the intensity of our response. The greater the intensity, the longer the response period. Example: our collective response to the war in Vietnam. This last election would indicate that we are still in the response period. This is why mystics have taught that it is important to be neutral in responding to life's many presentations. A neutral response does not generate an energy field that gains in force, while an exaggerated response gives an immediate spin to the circumstances being shaped by the event thus giving the over-stated response an energy force of its own. A neutral response allows us to shape our course around and through the immutable events we must experience with clarity and timing that is directly related to our purposeful needs. In this approach, we direct the intensity and duration of energy used through our willful intent.
This brings us to timing. Timing is determined by all involved, therefore, the greater the number of individuals involved, the more unsure the overall timing. A very simplistic example might be: if you are driving down a road at night and your headlights reveal a pothole in your path, based on your driving experience and skill level, you have several responses to choose from. Slowing down and maneuvering around the hazard is one response; hitting the brakes and coming to a complete stop to ponder the predicament is also a choice and another might be to maintain speed and swerve to miss the hazard avoiding the future cost of repairs. In this case, slowing down or coming to a stop changes the timing. Now imagine that our car is being driven by a group of individuals all with different driving experiences and skill levels, each with a voice in the choices concerning the approaching event. There will be a slightly different response with each member of our driving group. If we travel down enough roads together, we begin to find those other drivers in the car with similar experiences and skill sets. This joining helps us reinforce our opinions or assumptions of ourselves. As we break into skill groups our collective response is multiplied or even squared giving us a more powerful voice in the choice and outcome of future potholes.
If we can see the potholes, we can respond at more expanded and exacting levels. As in the above example, prophecy is likened to the use of headlights on a dark, unfamiliar road.
Before you read any of the prophecy pages, please understand that I am a loyal American that values the freedoms stated in our constitution. I believe we live in the best form of governance on the planet. We just have really bad leaders at the present time, and much worse, cowardly apathetic citizens who would rather others shoulder the responsibility for their great nation.
Well, not that it will be of any real news to most readers, but I am sorry to report that America has officially lost its way. This happened just the other day when one of the pre-war advisors to the White House, Lawrence B. Wilkerson, who was Chief of Staff at the Department of State from August 2002 to January 2005, finally came out with the story that critical intelligence reports were a hoax and altered to support the invasion of Iraq. He went on to state that everyone knew, from the bottom to the top, that the American people were blood thirsty enough to allow the President, and all his men and one woman, to bring a war that would eventually bankrupt us emotionally, mentally, physically, morally and spiritually. This advisor managed to get booked on two talk shows before he was silenced.
