Please Register before paying for the conference.

The cost of the conference is $350 when reserving before February 1st and $400 after. The Conference fee includes Friday breakfast and opening full buffet dinner, Saturday breakfast and Sunday closing full buffet breakfast, as well as all scheduled programs, really nice commemorative ball cap and other fun stuff. A special drawing will be held for several different prices (from products to priate individual sessions with the instructors) with a high value of $350.

A 50% deposit of US$175 is due at registration; the balance of US$175 is due by May 31st, 2008.

You may choose from two options for making payment:

• US$350 for the entire conference fee.
• US$175 for the conference fee deposit. Your card will automatically be billed the final payment of US$175 on May 31st, 2008.
